Muhammad is a lecturer at the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Indraprasta PGRI University, Jakarta. His work spans interdisciplinary approaches within the social sciences and humanities, combining diverse theoretical frameworks and research methodologies.
His research engages with a wide range of topics, including spatial conceptions of rural communities, historical narratives and collective memory, as well as existentialism and philosophical anthropology. This flexibility allows him to contribute to both empirical and theoretical debates across disciplines.
He has published both individually and collaboratively in various academic journals, including Economics & Sociology, Journal of Indonesian Social Sciences and Humanities, and Antropologi Indonesia, contributing to discussions on social theory, history, and cultural analysis.
Muhammad Irvan, M.Si bergabung dengan Asia Research Centre (ARC) UI pada bulan Maret 2022, ia juga merupakan associate peneliti pada salah satu kelompok riset LabSosio (Centre for Sociological Studies) UI, yaitu relasi antara komunitas dengan industri ekstraktif yang mencakup industri minyak dan gas, industri pertambangan, dan industri perkebunan kelapa sawit. Sejak 2006, bidang riset yang ditekuni mencakup tema tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, pengembangan komunitas, relasi sosial, konflik sosial pada industri ekstraktif, dan perencanaan sosial.
Dr. Hari Nugroho is a lecturer at the Department of Sociology, Universitas Indonesia. He finished his PhD at the Institute of Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology, Leiden University.
His research focuses on labour, social movements, and issues of social exclusion and inequality, particularly in the Indonesian context. His work contributes to critical discussions on class, precarity, and the dynamics of collective action in contemporary society.
He has published in a range of academic and public-facing outlets, including Democratization, Labour and Management in Development, Global Dialogue, and Inside Indonesia. Currently, he serves on the editorial boards of Masyarakat: Jurnal Sosiologi, Jurnal Studi Pemuda, and Global Dialogue (International Sociological Association).
Ardhanareswari Handoko adalah staf pengajar di Departemen Ilmu Komunikasi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Indonesia. Sebelumnya Ardhanareswari merupakan seorang jurnalis, dan saat ini menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Program Sarjana. Minat penelitiannya meliputi jurnalisme, jurnalisme digital, user-generated content, keterlibatan audiens, serta jurnalis dan media sosial.
Rhino Ariefiansyah adalah Dosen dan Peneliti pada Departemen Antropologi Universitas Indonesia. Ia memiliki gelar Antropologi Budaya dari Universitas Indonesia dan Seni dan Politik dari SciencesPo, Paris. Rhino tertarik pada ekologi manusia, perubahan lingkungan dan iklim, dan migrasi.
