She serves as Co-Director of Organisational Life at ARC UI and a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia. She brings strong expertise in gender economics and labour market analysis, contributing to the strengthening of research development and policy engagement. Her research adopts an interdisciplinary approach to examine the drivers of women’s economic participation and welfare in Indonesia. Her work focuses on key issues such as marriage and childbearing, unpaid care work, gender norms, workplace policies, social protection, and violence against women. Beyond academia, she has extensive experience as a policy consultant for international organisations and government agencies.

Dr. Annisa R. Beta adalah Dosen Kajian Budaya di School of Culture and Communication, University of Melbourne. Penelitiannya berkaitan dengan pemuda, media baru, dan subjektivitas politik di Asia Tenggara. Sebelum pindah ke Melbourne, ia sempat menjadi Postdoctoral Fellow di Departemen Communications and New Media, National University of Singapore, dari 2018 hingga 2019. Ia menerima gelar Ph.D. dari National University of Singapore pada tahun 2018. Sambil menyelesaikan gelar doktornya, ia juga menjadi Visiting Student Researcher di University of California Berkeley pada tahun 2016.
Associate Professor sosiologi di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Juga sebagai Direktur Youth Studies Centre (YouSure). Minat risetnya berkaitan dengan studi kepemudaan, kajian budaya dan sosiologi pengetahuan. Karya ilmiahnya telah diterbitkan di berbagai jurnal internasional antara lain: Journal of Youth Studies, Sociological Research Online, Asian Music, Crime Media Culture, Continuum: Journal of Media and Cultural Studies dan Perfect Beat: The Asia Pacific Journal of Research into Contemporary Music and Popular Culture.
Whisnu meraih gelar Ph.D di bidang Informasi dan Media dari Michigan State University. Minat penelitiannya adalah persimpangan antara studi informasi dan ilmu komunikasi. Terutama dalam menyelidiki dinamika sosial internet, seperti kesenjangan digital, jaringan antar organisasi, penggunaan internet, dan persuasi di lingkungan digital.
Dr. Ariane Utomo is a social demographer and Senior Lecturer in Demography and Population Geography at the School of Geography, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, University of Melbourne. Her work contributes to understanding demographic change and social transformations in Indonesia and the broader region.
Her research adopts an interdisciplinary approach, focusing on the intersections of gender, education, and labour force participation. She also examines issues related to ageing and migration, as well as marriage, family change, and transitions to adulthood. Through these themes, her work highlights how demographic shifts are shaped by evolving socio-economic conditions, institutional arrangements, and cultural norms.
