[Ongoing Research] Workers and the State in Indonesia

This research reflects on the current state of Indonesia’s organized labor movement within the broader framework of the country’s democratic system. One of its key outputs is the Indonesian translation of Vedi Hadiz’s Workers and the State in New Order Indonesia, which offers critical insights into the role of labor under the New Order regime and provides an important foundation for understanding contemporary labor dynamics in Indonesia’s democratic context.
