ID This ongoing research aims to (1) review and synthesise the political-economy landscape of research in the Asia region, including the disruptors and enablers within the regional Research for Development (R4D) ecosystem; (2) refine the vision for transformative R4D by incorporating region-specific elements and developing a set of strategic options to drive change; and (3) identify cases that illustrate early signs of transformation within the R4D landscape.
