Dr. Yulia Indrawati Sari is an academic and researcher who currently serves as a permanent lecturer at the Department of International Relations, Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR). She completed her bachelor's degree in Engineering Planology at the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1997, then continued her master's studies in Development Studies at the School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and Public Policy at the Crawford School of Economics and Government, The Australian National University. Dr. Yulia earned her doctorate in Policy and Governance from ANU in 2018 with a dissertation titled "The Building of Monuments: Power, Accountability, and Community Driven Development in Papua Province, Indonesia." In addition to teaching, she is active in research related to community participation, community-driven development, gender issues, and accountability, and is involved as a consultant for various local and international non-governmental organizations.
