Cluster Project Manager of Democracy (from below) in Asia

She is a research manager and qualitative researcher whose work focuses on gender and labour issues. Her current research explores the organisational capacity of civil society organisations, as well as the dynamics of the gig economy and labour rights. Through her research experiences, she has developed strong expertise in managing research projects—from design to implementation and dissemination.
